Care We Offer

Services at Unbound Minds are grounded in relational, consent-based care that attends to context, identity, and lived experience.

This practice does not offer standardized solutions. We will talk together about what you are carrying and what kind of support makes sense for you.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy offers space to explore distress, identity, relationships, and meaning within the context of your life. Sessions are collaborative and paced with care, centering agency rather than diagnosis as the starting point.

This work may include attention to trauma, neurodivergence, identity exploration, life transitions, and the impact of systemic harm.

Clinical Supervision and Consultation

Supervision and consultation are offered for clinicians seeking reflective, relational, and ethically grounded support. This space centers power, systems, and the realities of practice. This includes attention to burnout, moral distress, and professional identity. Supervision is collaborative rather than evaluative.

Liberation-Informed and Identity Affirming Care

This practice centers LGBTQIA+ people, neurodivergent individuals, and others navigating marginalization. This orientation shapes all services at Unbound Minds and may be especially important for those navigating marginalization, identity exploration, or systemic harm.

If you’re unsure where to begin, that’s okay. Often starting with a conversation works best.
